For over 12 years, my unwavering passion for the elegant nuances of pastry baking led me to baking for weddings, baby showers and for charity. I started my path in Washington State, where I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutritional Science from Central Washington University & my Diploma of Culinary Study from the Northwest Culinary Institute.
Salted Sprinkle Signature Sweets, LLC operates within a home kitchen in accordance with the West Virginia “Cottage Law”, allowing sales of home prepared baked goods. My home kitchen loyally adheres to all state health and sanitation protocols. All our products will come with the proper labeling that includes ingredient and allergen information.
While my education is what gives me the tools to create specialty sweets for those who may have dietary restrictions, severe and life-threatening allergies can not be accommodated. Even with all possible efforts, it’s impossible for me to create a sterile environment from gluten and nuts.
